Dancing Queen 的附加条款：

• A deposit of 50% of the total payment is required to reserve the catamaran charter date.
  Deposit is Non-Refundable.
• Balance of payment shall be made at least 30 days before the charter date.
• 取消 less than 29 days prior to the charter date and no show will be full charge 100% and no refund will be given in any case of cancellation.

取消 due to bad weather

We will check with Thai Meteorological Department and Marine Department. If there is an announcement not to take the boat out to the sea because of the bad weather condition or we decided not to operate the trip, full refund will be issued. However, if it is just raining and do not have an announcement not to take the boat out, we will not issue any refund.
